Starting on my first design back in 2013, without the benifit of my own CNC machine I created the first "protype" by hand using just a jigsaw. This proved the concept worked and I carried on with the CAD model.

Once I was happy with this i sent it off for cutting my a local CNC company. I completed the assembly by hand, glueing each layer followed by a lot of sanding. A special tool was made to create the speaker cones. I even went as far as making cardboard boxes for each stand along with a box cover.
